UkrAVTO Corporation was founded in 1969.
In 1992 it was reorganized in Joint Stock Company (almost 10 000 shareholders).
UkrAVTO has nearly about 2,5 mln sq.m. of working space. More than 40 000 employees are engaged in UkrAVTO’s companies.
During the period of 2002-2005 years 25 000 employees have passed trainings and improved their qualification in training centers of Corporation and dealer-companies (correspondingly at ZAZ plant 6 765 persons).
ZAZ production is supplied by 1 034 of material and component suppliers including 827 Ukrainian enterprises.
Production capacity of UkrAVTO plants is more than 450 000 cars per year.
In 2006 year UkrAVTO Corporation sales amount is 280 000 vehicles.
Products of UkrAVTO is exported to Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belorussia, Moldova, Russia and Syria.
